This policy describes the Quiblywonderful website at quiblywonderful.christmas. It is an independent guide, not a service operated by Perla.
Company and visitor-address details for Perla and HIT identify the resort and its operator only. They do not identify the publisher or data controller of this independent website.

2. Information processed by this website
The site has no account system, checkout, newsletter database, advertising pixels or analytics service. Reading the guides does not require providing a name or email address. The contact form validates your name, email, topic and message in your browser. It prepares an email link only after validation; it does not submit these fields to a website server or save them in local storage.
If you choose to open and send that email, your email application and email providers process the message under their own policies. Ordinary web hosting may also generate access logs containing an IP address, request time, requested resource and browser information.
3. Cookies, local storage and purposes
A local-storage record remembers your cookie preference for up to 180 days. It contains category choices, a policy version and the time the preference was recorded, not a tracking identifier. Remembering your explicit choice is its sole purpose. No optional cookies are installed by this site’s JavaScript, even when you select Accept All. Responding to a requested enquiry may rely on legitimate interests or steps requested before a contract, depending on the circumstances. Legally required records rely on the relevant legal obligation. Any future non-essential tracking would require an appropriate lawful basis and, where applicable, prior consent. Such tracking is not implemented here.
4. Photography, external services and transfers
The homepage loads stock photographs from images.unsplash.com. When a photograph loads, your browser connects to that external image service and discloses connection information such as your IP address, request time and browser request headers. Images use a no-referrer policy so the browser does not send the referring page URL with those image requests. Lazy loading is used for guide-card photographs, so those requests may be deferred until the images approach the viewport.
Photography is ordinary page content, not an analytics or advertising integration, and image requests are not controlled by the optional-category switches in the privacy panel. Rejecting optional categories therefore does not prevent photographs from loading. The image provider controls its own infrastructure, logging and response headers. No third-party fonts, embedded maps or analytics scripts are requested by these files. Website delivery uses a hosting provider, and correspondence uses email providers.
Booking, operator and tourism links take you to separate websites. Their operators control the information you provide there, including reservation and payment details. Quiblywonderful does not receive those details through this site. External navigation may disclose connection information to the destination under its own privacy policy.
5. Retention and security
Your preference record expires after 180 days and is replaced when you make a new choice. Unsaved contact text remains only in the page and may be handled by your browser’s own form-restoration features. External image-service retention is governed by that provider’s practices. Do not include passport scans, card details or sensitive medical information in an enquiry.
6. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection as appropriate, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a relevant supervisory authority, including Slovenia’s Information Commissioner. California residents may have access, deletion, correction and sale/sharing opt-out rights under the CCPA when its applicability requirements are met. This implementation does not sell or share personal information for advertising or make automated eligibility decisions.
Contact us through the privacy route with a clear description of your request. Proportionate identity checks may be necessary, but do not send identity documents unsolicited. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy. Material changes to actual data practices should be disclosed here before the changed processing begins.
